All rates include: VAT, Insurance (with excess of 20,000 baht).

Options not included (if applicable): gas, delivery and collection.

All rates, terms and conditions are subject to change.

Flexible booking: 

For all bookings, an amount of 1,000 baht is required. The total amount will be paid upon receipt of the vehicle.

A deposit is required, ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 baht depending on the vehicle.

 

 

Cancellation :

At the slightest problem, the tenant can cancel or modify free of charge up to 7 days before the start of his rental. Otherwise, the tenant will lose his deposit.

 

CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT

1- The vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel, it must return with a full tank of fuel, penalties: 2.000 Baths.
2- The renter must use the vehicle for tourist purposes on the Island of SAMUI only.
3- The vehicle must not be used on the beach or salt water or canal water and on the mountain road, penalty: 5,000 Baths.
4- The renter has no right to send the vehicle for repair in case of engine failure or any other damage, the renter must immediately inform the owner.
5- 100% advance for the rental will be charged.
6- The lessee has promised to maintain and take care of the vehicle as his own property.
7- The renter is responsible for all damage caused by himself or a third party and in the event of unavailability of the vehicle, a minimum of two days' rental will be charged.
8- I hereby agree to abide by the terms of the agreement.
